• 2001 Staff member/consultant for an education and collaboration project with Nautilus Music Theater and The Ordway Center For the Performing Arts.
• 2001 Conceived, wrote the libretto, and directed Intension-with composer Peter Hamlin (Professor of Composition, Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vermont) and singer Jake Endres. Performances at Nautilus Music Theater, St. Olaf College, and the 2001 Fringe Festival.
• 2000/2001 Conceived, wrote the libretto, and directed The Blind Tongue-with composer Mark Warhol and Ensemble Warhol. Productions at the Red Eye Theater in Minneapolis and Théâtre La Chapelle in Montreal.
• 2000/2001 Conceived, wrote the libretto, and directed Ophelia at the Bates Hotel with composer Carl Witt. Performances at Nautilus Theater and Southern Theater.
